Highbridge Union Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Boise. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. Guests remember kindness. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to guest bookings at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support guest bookings. • Experience with an ERP system.
