Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Boise, ID)

Redstone Granite Housing Group manages affordable housing communities across Boise, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep stock linked to lease compliance at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support lease compliance. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Boise, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
