Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Boise, ID)

Harborlight North Pharma Group is a pharmaceutical company in Boise producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to regulatory filings at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support regulatory filings. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
