Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Birmingham, AL)

Westbrook Stone Health Group runs clinics and patient services around Birmingham. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to referrals at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support referrals. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Birmingham. • We reply to every applicant.
