Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Baltimore, MD)

Clearpath Linden Freight coordinates shipments and warehousing around Baltimore. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. You would join a large organisation of about 206 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to customer tracking at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support customer tracking. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Baltimore. • We reply to every applicant.
