Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Atlanta, GA)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Thistle Pharma Group and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be price comparison. You would join a small organisation of about 22 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to batch records at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support batch records. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Atlanta. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
