Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Atlanta, GA)

Harborlight Ember Pharma is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on price comparison for clinical studies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to clinical studies at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support clinical studies. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Atlanta. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
