Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Atlanta, GA)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Summit Auto Group and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be price comparison. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to customer estimates at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support customer estimates. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
