Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Atlanta, GA)

Westbrook North Pharma Group develops and makes medicines in Atlanta. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep stock linked to clinical studies at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support clinical studies. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Atlanta, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
