Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Atlanta, GA)

Foxglove Rook Markets is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on price comparison for supplier deliveries, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 47 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Keep stock linked to supplier deliveries at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support supplier deliveries. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Atlanta. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
