Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Atlanta, GA)

Nova Meadow Markets Partners is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on price comparison for supplier deliveries, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to supplier deliveries at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support supplier deliveries. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Atlanta, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
