Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Atlanta, GA)

Clearpath Mill Foods Group produces packaged foods at its Atlanta plant, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. You would join a large organisation of about 804 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Keep stock linked to cold storage at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support cold storage. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Atlanta. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
