Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Atlanta, GA)

Bright Basin Health Group provides primary and specialty care in Atlanta, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. You would join a small organisation of about 95 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to electronic records at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support electronic records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Atlanta. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
