Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Atlanta, GA)

Highbridge Juniper Health Group runs clinics and patient services around Atlanta. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. You would join a small organisation of about 50 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to patient scheduling at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support patient scheduling. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Atlanta. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
