Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Atlanta, GA)

Harborlight Basin Facilities is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on price comparison for safety inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 197 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to safety inspections at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support safety inspections. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Atlanta. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
