Lumen Nest Housing Partners is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on price comparison for waiting lists, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to waiting lists at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support waiting lists. • Experience with an ERP system.
