Foxglove Willow Housing is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on price comparison for repair requests, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 453 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Keep stock linked to repair requests at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support repair requests. • Experience with an ERP system.
