Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Anchorage, AK)

We are growing our team at Lumen Vista Housing Group and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be price comparison. We value patience and follow-through. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to rent assistance at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support rent assistance. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Anchorage, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
