Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Anchorage, AK)

Rivermark Summit Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Anchorage producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Keep stock linked to cleanroom operations at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support cleanroom operations. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Anchorage. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
