Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Anchorage, AK)

Lumen Granite Housing manages affordable housing communities across Anchorage. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Keep stock linked to rent assistance at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support rent assistance. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Anchorage. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
