Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Anchorage, AK)

Rivermark Cedar Facilities is a facilities company in Anchorage with crews on day and night shifts, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. You would join a large organisation of about 402 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to customer sites at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support customer sites. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Anchorage, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
