Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Albuquerque, NM)

Amberfield Cross Health Group is a healthcare provider in Albuquerque with clinics and support teams, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Keep stock linked to electronic records at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support electronic records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Albuquerque. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
