Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Albuquerque, NM)

Redstone Timber Property Management looks after rental homes across the Albuquerque area. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. You would join a small organisation of about 49 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to unit turnovers at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support unit turnovers. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Albuquerque, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
