Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Albuquerque, NM)

Rivermark Quill Hospitality is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on price comparison for group events, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to group events at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support group events. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Albuquerque. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
