Clearpath Yarrow Hospitality is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on price comparison for food costs, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to food costs at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support food costs. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
