Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Albuquerque, NM)

Rivermark Glen Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Albuquerque area, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. Guests remember kindness. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to housekeeping schedules at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support housekeeping schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Albuquerque, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
