Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Wichita, KS)

Highbridge Birch Farms Group grows and distributes produce from farms near Wichita, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our invoice matching. You would join a small organisation of about 47 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to seasonal crews at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support seasonal crews. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Wichita, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
