Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Wichita, KS)

We are growing our team at Northwind Fox Pharma and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be invoice matching. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to batch records at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support batch records. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Wichita, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
