Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Wichita, KS)

Bluepeak Field Housing is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on invoice matching for maintenance stores, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to maintenance stores at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support maintenance stores. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
