Westbrook Corner Pharma is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on invoice matching for regulatory filings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to regulatory filings at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support regulatory filings. • Experience with an ERP system.
