Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Virginia Beach, VA)

Redstone Summit Auto Group is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on invoice matching for customer estimates, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 74 people based in Virginia Beach. What you will do • Keep stock linked to customer estimates at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support customer estimates. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Virginia Beach. • We reply to every applicant.
