Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Virginia Beach, VA)

Ironwood Auto Group is a Virginia Beach company supplying vehicle parts and service, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our invoice matching. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to customer estimates at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support customer estimates. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Virginia Beach. • We reply to every applicant.
