Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Virginia Beach, VA)

Greenridge Umber Facilities is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on invoice matching for cleaning schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep stock linked to cleaning schedules at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support cleaning schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Virginia Beach. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
