Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Virginia Beach, VA)

We are growing our team at Nova Timber Housing and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be invoice matching. You would join a small organisation of about 178 people based in Virginia Beach. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to repair requests at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support repair requests. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Virginia Beach. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
