Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Virginia Beach, VA)

Northwind Iron Manufacturing is a Virginia Beach manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our invoice matching. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to scrap and rework at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support scrap and rework. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Virginia Beach. • We reply to every applicant.
