Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Tulsa, OK)

Stonegate Fox Construction Group builds commercial and industrial projects around Tulsa, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our invoice matching. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to permits at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support permits. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
