Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Tulsa, OK)

Greenridge Nest Markets is a Tulsa retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. You would join a small organisation of about 174 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to pricing at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support pricing. • Experience with an ERP system.
