Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Tulsa, OK)

Summit Umber Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Tulsa area, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our invoice matching. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Keep stock linked to guest bookings at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support guest bookings. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Tulsa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
