Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Tucson, AZ)

Summit Willow Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Tucson region. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to warranty claims at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support warranty claims. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
