Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Tucson, AZ)

Stonegate Hollow Hospitality is a hospitality company in Tucson with restaurants, rooms and catering, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our invoice matching. You would join a large organisation of about 378 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to guest bookings at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support guest bookings. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
