Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Tucson, AZ)

Ironwood Linden Foods Group makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Tucson, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our invoice matching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep stock linked to allergen controls at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support allergen controls. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
