Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Toledo, OH)

Redstone Quill Freight is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on invoice matching for loads and lanes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to loads and lanes at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support loads and lanes. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Toledo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
