Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Toledo, OH)

Amberfield Union Health is a healthcare provider in Toledo with clinics and support teams. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to insurance authorisations at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support insurance authorisations.
