Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Toledo, OH)

Harborlight Glen Health Group provides primary and specialty care in Toledo, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our invoice matching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to insurance authorisations at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support insurance authorisations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Toledo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
