Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Toledo, OH)

We are growing our team at Harborlight North Pharma and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be invoice matching. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to release testing at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support release testing. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Toledo. • We reply to every applicant.
