Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Toledo, OH)

Northwind Loom Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Toledo region. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to customer estimates at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support customer estimates. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Toledo. • We reply to every applicant.
