Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Tampa, FL)

Fernwood Keystone Freight coordinates shipments and warehousing around Tampa. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to customer tracking at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support customer tracking. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
