Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Tampa, FL)

Bluepeak Forge Freight is a Tampa logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. You would join a large organisation of about 332 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to dock schedules at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support dock schedules. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
