Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Tampa, FL)

Fernwood Basin Facilities is a facilities company in Tampa with crews on day and night shifts. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to safety inspections at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support safety inspections. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
