Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Tampa, FL)

Lumen Basin Civic Services supports public agencies in Tampa with budgeting, records and programmes. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. You would join a small organisation of about 130 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to constituent requests at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support constituent requests. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
